Use the action 'Create a new message'
Set your mobile address as recipient
Set as template something like
%Text
%From='"%OFromName" <%OFromAddr>'%-
%Comment="%OToList,%OCCList"%-
%ReplyTo="OReplyAddr"%-

That's the easiest way to see to whom the message was addressed. When
you don't really care about that, you might pick the action 'Redirect
the message'

As it's developed as a mail client, TB has no real possibility to
place addresses in the TO header without sending them to said
addresses.
