What helps is: account -> properties -> templates -> reply -> check "Do not use from name for reply-to address" That has to be set for every account, but that won't help you when you pick an address from your address book that has the name added. A macro in a template won't help you either, since you'd need the macro to be rather complex to skip names for messages with multiple recipients. Apart from that, templates need to be set for every account and you'd need to adapt your existing folder and address book templates.
