The .png file and the batskin.ini both have to be in The Bat!s main
directory. You probably don't need to touch batskin.ini. When TB!
starts it will use the two files together to place the icons in the
right place. If you really need the description of how  batskin.ini
works you can search the archives, as this info was placed in tbbeta
at one time.
