Yes, provided that you don't have common filters already. Just move
the account.srb file from your account directory to your mail
directory (normally that would be one directory up). Take care to
delete any existing account.srx (pld filter system) file from your
business account directory, otherwise that will be converted again to
account.srb (NFS)

I don't know what filters take precedence.

Why use a colour group?
An %If statement testing whether your private address is included in
the addressees should work fine.

Before making major alterations a back-up session might be prudent.
