None that I'd know of. Using a normal defrag program will do the same as
the defragmentation in BayesIT (and more, of course).

In some special cases, a "real" defrag program will work better - imagine
the situation where other files are lined up on the harddisk so that
there's not enough free space in one piece left to write the message base
back in one piece. It can't really be defragmented by the built in BayesIT
function, because other files need to be moved, too.
