Is it expensive?

Yes. An MDaemon Pro license for 6 user accounts is US$330. However, it's as good as they come.

OTOH, there's Mercury/32 that could be used. It has its IMAP server as well. That one is certainly useable. However, I've been using MDaemon for a long time. First as a POP user and then upgraded to the Pro license for IMAP.

Yes I have been following your trials and tribulations with IMAP and
miss your succinct explanations.

... and I guess you now see that I couldn't hold out. Frustration overtook me. :(

My big problem at home is currently my inability to send replies or
attachments. The only thing I changed, I think, is that I added a
router. When I reply, if the message is a little too big, it times out
and the message does not get sent.

Very odd.

Any ideas. Anyone.

I draw a blank here. Can you send OK using any other client or is it just SMTP and TB! specifically?

Have you tried your own SMTP server? Are you allowed this?

I used to be indecisive. Now I'm not so sure.
