If she is running version three, there is only one text edit, which
is for the "Key Block." If she has two text edits, she has version 1
or 2 still. She will need to download version three. However, she
should make a backup before hand.

The easiest way to register (and get all the information in the
correct place) is to select the message with the registration
information and the select Help/Enter Registration Code.

She may get a 10-day extension. Failing that, the computer clock can
be set backwards.
