I had initially had it working. This was when I had previously had PGP8 installed, and then ran the PGP9 installation without first uninstalling PGP8. I had since remove PGP from the system after having some other problems. I decided to try again and reinstalled PGP9. The experience is now different and I think it's because I did a fresh installation on this occasion, rather than installing without first uninstalling PGP8.
