I assume you don't have a recent backup, do you? I don't know of any more or less automatic way of recovering the messages from t he BIN file. You could open it with a text editor and copy individual messages to a new file and then import then try to import them as .MSG or Unix mailbox files. But, even if this works, 284 MB are certainly a lot of messages for this rudimentary procedure. -- Best regards, Miguel A.
