This PART0001.BIN seems to hold the messages in plain text format, but how can/should I further work with this file to recover as much content as possible?
I don't know of any more or less automatic way of recovering the messages from t he BIN file.
Don't know if this still works, since it's a very "old" tool. But you could give it a try:
