How do I get rid of blank lines in macros? For instance, see blank line above "Hi Bat! Fans". The macro I use is %FROM="John Phillips <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>" %TO=""%TO="[email protected]"%- %CC=""%CC=""%- Hi Bat!
