Well, TB had to change, because the underlying OS changed... W9x/ME were
single user systems, and these days are gone. :)

I don't have any experience in running TB in client/server mode and don't
use TB's "groups" settings. And I admit that the groups settings are, in a
per-user configuration, very odd, and make no sense with individual users
logging on to the same machine each with their own username & profile.
