They're stored in the registry, but they should be included in your
backup, at least when you selected 'global options' for your backup.
But, since they're registry settings they get active only after you've
closed and restarted TB after you've restored your backup.
I'm not sure about the consequences of restoring and subsequently
editing your global options before you restart TB.
