Not my experience. With Open PGP, the message is displayed still
encrypted after pressing the button; plus I got a Windows Notification
that "no application is associated with this."

With PGP/Mime, the URL decrypts as expected.

These results are from sending test messages to myself.

I am using PGP 6.5.8ckt Build 09B2.
Running the latest TB! Beta, which is beta v. 3.62.

I have your BT report page up, but I don't see on it what version of
The Bat! you are reporting on.

Also, my tests may not be relevant enough for me to report them in a
note to 5222. What do you think?
