When you're running TB from an Windows admin account, TB will strip the
registry during the uninstall. When you're running TB from a user
account (which you can't use for uninstalling) you need to strip it
yourself, everything in the tree:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The Bat!
