That really depends on how your LDAP server is structured. I would contact your LDAP administrator and ask him or her what the proper search base is. For the most part, I find that it works well (better than Outlook's implementation). However, every once in a while, after adding a contact from the directory, The Bat! does something that something else doesn't like and goes into a infinite dialog box loop.
