Hi all, I'm trying to setup a HTML template for an specific account, where new messages and replies should be in HTML format. However when working in the Account Properties -> Template -> New Message and Account Properties -> Template -> Reply I only appear to be able to create a plain text template rather than an HTML one. I am aware of the dangers of HTML mail, however on this occasion I wish to use a HTML mail template - does anyone know how to do this?
