According to the Ritlabs website (http://www.ritlabs.com/en/products/thebat/diff.php): "In the Professional Edition the dictionaries are a part of the standard installation file." When I reinstalled my machine a few days ago I simply downloaded the latest Pro version from the RL website and entered my registration key. From what the website seems to indicate I'm guessing that I don't need to install the International Pack.
