Removing the flag will remove it from the relevant folder - but sometimes you have to right-click over the folder and hit REFRESH > I understand that if I delete the message in the flagged folder the > original will go too. Is this so? Ah - now this is where it gets totally confusing. And I feel another wish coming on! If a message is flagged... ...and you delete it in the Virtual Folder view it will react as if deleted and then appear again... why...? Because it still exists in the trash folder as a flagged message. So you delete it again and it disappears finally. The way to avoid this is to go back to the Properties of the Virtual Folder and at the bottom left of the window of properties is a 'Select Folders' button. Click this and you can select by checking on and off whichever boxes you want to ignore.
