I forgot to add a waring. When you 'Selct All' in the VF properties window it selects all of the folders that exist at that moment. Just like the same 'Selct All' option in creating Filters however: If you later create a new folder it WILL NOT automatically be added to the watched list. You have to go back in and 'Select All' then deselect as appropriate.
