Yes, that is correct, I am using the same account and smtp server. I figured out a "work around" trick." I went into Outlook and changed the incoming mail setting, so it can no longer receive incoming mail, when I open Outlook. I then set Outlook as my default mail program through windows, so I can automatically send documents from Word, using Outlook as the default e-mail client.
