The Bat! is not a RFC-compliant mail server (i.e., other users will
not be able to connect to it via POP, IMAP, or SMTP). Ritlabs does
have an e-mail server available at:
http://www.ritlabs.com/en/products/batpost/
I have not used it, however. Can someone who has comment on it?

Using The Bat! v3.80.06 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 2.
Accessing a POP3 mailbox.
