Create an outgoing filter, condition would be 'any message' and action
'forward to this address', place it above all of your other outgoing
filters and if you'd prefer your other outgoing filters to be
executed then you'd need to select the option 'continue processing
with other filters'.

Another possibility would be to Set a BCC in your templates to send
all of your messages to the other address without the sorting office.
