But, I don't use the anti-virus e-mail scanning function, because it conflicts with Spampal. And, if in The Bat! you selected to store the attachments in a separate/special folder, then the anti-virus will pick up a virus infected file(unless it has been zipped). So, try by disabling the anti-virus e-mail scanning(by going into the anti-virus advanced options).
