All works fine with anti-virus > turned off. Waiting to hear back from ZoneAlarm for a solution. Many anti-virus apps do many weird things to protect the Internet if your box gets zombied. They put in a proxy on port 25, or restrict what .exe files can send on port 25. The proxies on 25 yell when you try to send TLS encrypted email since they can't scan for viruses. It all really chafes my hide.
