Hello all,
I recently updated to TB! Christmas edition. Now the folder list is
corrupted; i.e. the "Unread" and "Total" information is missing in all
but a few cases, and none of the folders are in bold (indicating
unread emails) until they are highlighted and even then do not
necessarily show Unread and Total numbers.
Worst of all, some of the folders are missing completely. I have
attached a screenshot.
There are other problems developing as well; for example, I was unable
to open a message in a Sent file to Edit mode. When trying to access
the Sorting Office for one of the accounts, the program shuts down.
I have tried reinstalling/repairing both the previous version and the
Christmas edition, but this has not helped. Do I need to delete the
current version and completely reinstall? If so, can you please
instruct how to do so while saving data, as I have forgotten how to do
this.
