I'd imagine The Bat simply used TActionList for it's menus/toolbars/keyboard shortcuts, which manages the keys automatically. When working with native Windows programs, you don't even have to think about these things. However, the GIMP 2.3 has no problems assigning eg. Ctrl+Alt+J as a keyboard shortcut, even though it was ported from UNIX (GIMP 1.2 on the other hand doesn't see Ctrl+Alt shortcuts which map to keys that don't have any AltGr+key combinations - but GIMP 1.2 has been obsolete for a long time now). -- < Jernej Simončič ><><><><>< http://deepthought.ena.si/ > A motion to adjourn is always in order. -- Parker's Rule of Parliamentary Procedure ________________________________________________ Current version is 3.95.08 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
