I'm afraid that won't work in my case, as I've used the Sorting Office to its fullest extent... meaning that I have hundreds of folders, most of which only contain 4 or 5 messages. It's unfortunately impossible to predict which folders I will use on a certain day... Your solution would probably result in me needing to refer to the archive on a daily basis.
