I know bugs should be reported via the HELP -- feedback interface
but that's currently inoperative due to another bug already in
discussion here. And no, I'm not able to work around it by switching
to IE and back to Firefox: It looks to me like IE thinks it is ALREADY
the default browser (it does not open the 'IE is not your default
browser' window when started) but in fact actions that call on the
default browser open Firefox.

However my real problem is the windows clipboard.

Bat 3.98.1
Windows 98SE, IBM TP600X 327M memory

I'm reasonably sure the non-support of the windows clipboard by the
bat is familiar here; can someone tell me if there's a plan to fix
this?

No other product I've used has had this problem and I've used about
all the mailers as well as WordPerfect, Firefox, etc. It's not
Windows' fault. The problem appears to have changed since the
Christmas edition; while it was often impossible to transfer data in
or out of the Bat via clipboard, it used to work most of the time for
product pairs outside the bat. Now the bat pretty well breaks the
function for all of Windows.

Rebooting fixes things; when you want to move data within the bat,
closing and reopening the bat will get you going again.

I'd be perfectly happy to go back to an earlier version if there is
one with a working clipboard. Maybe even would pick up Firefox
support at the same time?

Thanks.
