Probably. Look at the status bar of the main window. At the right side
it'll say 'On-The-Fly Pwd' when using OTFE. It'll say something like
'Plain' when you aren't using encryption.

Create a backup
Uninstall TB
Delete your message base
Install TB again
Pick a new password
Restore from backup

No problems, I guess.
Some of the users (very few) have moved to the Ritlabs forum
I expect traffic to expand with the upcoming (I don't know no date)
version 4.

It's possible of course that a new list has taken over and nobody told
the two of us, just because they wanted to get rid of us. :-(
