Doesn't sound like it's a TB! problem, more likely a problem at your
ISP. I had this yesterday: No POP and SMTP traffic worked at GMX, had
to use the web interface. Somewhere hidden in their help section there
was an alert that "some users using email clients could experience
difficulties to download their mails", but they said they were working
on it. Today everything works fine again.

What is the error message in TB!s account log? Have you tried
telnetting to port 110?
