I haven't used that in years, but I the drawback may be that when you delete the message, the attachment is not deleted (I don't know whether they have fixed that.) When you move the message to another account, the attachment is not moved and therefore not associated with the message any more. Also, if you receive an attachment with the name 1.jpg and then in another messages the same, TB! will call the second one 1[1].jpg. In the end, when you look at the attachment directly, you will not know which attachments is what. NZc> Also, there is an option to "bind attachments only when sending NZc> out mail".
