Suddenly the Bayes spam filter that's been working almost perfectly for a year or more is dumping virtually all incoming messages into the Junk folder. This could be because I recently upgraded to v4.0.14, or because I changed some setting while exploring the new version.
Anyway, can anyone suggest what might be wrong and how to fix it? I have two accounts that I check regularly, two Junk folders (I had tried the common Junk folder setting, but now have that turned off). A dozen or more filters running on each account. Current behavior seems to ignore the filters, or cut in before they can work. However, if I refilter the Junk folders, the filters run properly and everything goes where it belongs.
