Hello Roger, first of all thanks for your answer. Sorry for my wrong description of what I called address book, I meant indeed address groups and that implies that I have to create for each email address one address book entry and that is something exactly what I would like to avoid. It will create redundant information on other information as well like telephone numbers etc, which are then hard to maintain if you have to check it on all possible entries. I haven't found a way to create subgroups which would be nice as my address book contains already groups like 'office' 'family' friends' etc. I would prefer if I can keep that grouping as well. The address book entry does allow multiple email addresses so I thought that there might be a possibility to make use of that feature.
