Hi there, Any news concerning this bug ? This is very annoying. I manage thousands of e-mail a day in hundred of folders and I need every 1 to 3 folders to close or doing weird manipulations to restore the ability to delete messages. More, my collaborators who aren't very familiar withe computers are really upset with that.
I understand that this is maybe not simple to find, but I loose so many time with that since 3 months. I'm seriously thinking to switch to another mail program after 10 years of using TB but I really can't work. I hope they'll find a solution, TB is 4.0.24 ----------- (Fri, 21 Mar 2008 10:02:16 +0100) Hello, we update to the latest version of TB but when sometimes TB won't allow us to delete message from the tree (trash icon, delete key or right mouse button click then delete, all is not available). If we double click and open it then the trash icon works. It doesn't occur on all the accounts we have, and not all the time, it suddenly "locks" files from deletion then release them without "visible" reasons. We take some time to ask as we are using the bat since more than 10 years now, have all the releases and never have this on any versions and/or OS.
