Ok TB! is running again. Thanks all who helped.
Despite v3.95.6.msi produced an Error at the end of Installation I can
run TB! Sure I would be more at ease with a better version. I know
there was a change in the DB somewhere in the v4.0.x.
For now I'm interested in the following questions:
[1] what has being the most stable TB! version /before/ the
introduction of the new DB?
[2] what is the current stable working version?
