I use a macro called tr - I type "tr<ctrl+Space>" and tb re-starts the
reply on-the-fly to be ready for a top posted response.

The various other bits and pieces of QT called upon are from my
standard reply to format up sig lines and addressee names and whatnot.
For example, MPX is a version of my standard sig without the cut mark
(can't use cut marks for top posting).
