The order seems to follow the user numbers in the registry key HKCU\Software\RIT\The Bat!\Users depot. Maybe it would be safe to make changes here to move it down the list? Or maybe, deleting the account and subsequently re-creating it (after closing and restarting TB!, maybe rebooting) might move it to the bottom of the list where it need not bother you.
