I did that, thanks. UTF-8 displays correctly now, Windows-874 still
does not. Hm.

In addition, I received another message in Thai this morning, encoded
in in TIS-620. Since TB! does not know this encoding, it did not
display correctly. However, I found that XLAT table:

How do I import this into TB!?
