I have noticed that if I edit a paragraph and leave extra long lines
in the editor window (by *not* pressing ALT+L), when I send the
message or put it in the outbox the long lines get wrapped to 96
characters. I use MicroEd, set to wrap at 70 characters, to auto-wrap, 
and not to auto-format.
