Am NOT an expert, but here are some basic suggestions:

On her old PC, identify the Bat version, find the same version install
program, do the Bat's internal back up and copy to your flash drive.

Also copy the Bat email that gave the registration code - you will
need this to install the old Bat on the new PC.

Then on the new PC, download Revo Uninstaller from
  http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

Install this and then use it to uninstall whatever version of the BAT
is on the new PC, reboot.

Then install that old version of the Bat that was on the old PC.

Then Tools-Restore to restore whatever she had on the old PC.

If everything works, you can later update to a later version, as the
old back up may not be compatible with the new version.
