Not sure why this is an issue; you just need to tick the folders for both accounts when you enter the search terms before pressing Start. I sometimes search for something across all accounts and all folders. There are other ways around this. Some suggestions:- 1. A filter to move all incoming mail from one of the accounts to the other. (The downside is that you may end up replying from the wrong account.) 2.
