Yes, same thing happened to me. This is how I fixed it:

Create a text file named "tbfix.txt" and copy and paste the text below into
it:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The Bat!\Editor]
"Width"=-
"Left"=-
"Top"=-
"Maximized"=-

--copy above here

Save the file (no wordwrap) and rename the file to tbfix.reg.

Make sure The Bat! is closed.

Double click tbfix.reg to merge it to the registry.

Reopen TB! and it should be back inside the screen.
