"PostMessage to NULL handle, Msg = 3021, wParam = 0, |Param=0" showed
up on start-up of TB! today.
Like you I didn't get the error message when I closed and started TB! again.

Today's lines of ex_log.txt are:
v4.2.36.4 BAILAMOS/Hyd 12-08-2010 10:30:21 ABCGrid:6 EAddrBookDuplicate
Duplicate handle

v4.2.36.4 BAILAMOS/Hyd 12-08-2010 10:39:31 ABCGrid:6 EAddrBookDuplicate
Duplicate handle

And no, "PostMessage to NULL handle, Msg = 3021, wParam = 0, |Param
=0" is not present in ex_log.txt for today.

"EAddrBookDuplicate" is a regular occurrence in the log (so I should maybe look
into that) but the error message is new.
I have this, though:
v4.2.36.4 BAILAMOS/Hyd 22-06-2010 14:08:34 Finder:Searching
\\[email protected]\e-zines\biozonen EPostMessageZeroHandle PostMessage to NULL
handle, Msg = 3039, wParam = 3, lParam = 13
...and two similar ones, both containing "Finder:Searching".

Any solutions or good advice?
