Agreed - Juris, can you wait till we have some consensus?  

Are any of these projects going to move to the forge and out of the main code 
base completely?  If so, I'm not sure that it even matters what they're called 
right now.

Maybe we don't even need the dso prefix?  Why not just config-... ?

dso-spring
dso-spring-config
