Dear All Interesting to see this. I have not read whole paper. I Just generate a paper with SCIgen and compare with ieee paper. I find the below similarities. 1.Pattern of Figures are similar 2.Pattern of Evaluation graphs are similar 3.Even reference years range is somehow similar i.e year 1999 to 2005. -:) 4.They are others papers as well,which are generated by SCIgen and accepted in IEEE http://diehimmelistschoen.blogspot.com/2009/01/another-paper-has-been-accepted-for.html
