//** Our apologies if you receive multiple copies of this CFP **// Special Issue on Wireless Sensor Networks for the Internet of Thingshttp://www.hindawi.com/journals/ijdsn/si/359423/cfp/Call for PapersWireless sensor networks (WSNs) have been increasingly popular, which attracts attention worldwide. WSN is now one of the key enablers for the Internet of Things (IoT) where WSNs will play an important role on future internet by collecting surrounding context and environment information. The innovations of integration of WSNs into IoT offer many interesting avenues of research for scientific communities. The research into WSNs for iThings is extremely important which could possibly change our day-to-day lives. The purpose of the special issue is to collate efforts and achievements on the research of WSNs for IoT. This special issue will focus on fundamental issues on research and development of WSNs for IoT as well as new challenges in modelling and simulation of novel WSNs for IoT. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:Conceptual frameworks, architecture, components, RFID, sensors, and actuator technologies for IoTOnline program update technology and test or debug technologyLarge-scale distributed WSNs for future internetSensing technology for IoTSecurity, privacy, identity, trust, and reputation management on WSNs for IoTData transmission and processing in WSNs for IoTConfiguration and integration of WSNs into IoTSocial networking for IoTEnabling computational technologies for IoTApplications, business, and social issues of WSNs for IoTBefore submission authors should carefully read over the journal's Author Guidelines, which are located at http://www.hindawi.com/journals/ijdsn/guidelines/.
