The new regexp impl is already included in the CVS. I would be willing
to bet that if you blow away your old checkout and start over, the
new regexp classes will show up. CVS is a little funky about grabbing
new files, you can also add the -d option to an update to get the
same effect.

You should get these files.

% find tcljava/ | grep regexp
tcljava/src/jacl/sunlabs/brazil/util/regexp/Regexp.java
tcljava/src/jacl/sunlabs/brazil/util/regexp/Regsub.java
