Hi, Folks: It's great to see that people are anxious to participate. We hadn't intended to open the list just yet and realized when some of you started posting that we hadn't set the list to be closed.
The reason we don't want to launch just yet is that in the interest of maintaining a robust and continuing discussion, we've learned that there is a "critical mass" of about 150 members that allows the list to thrive. We're currently at 94 members, so we've nearly there. Help us get to "critical mass" by forwarding the list description below to anyone you think would like to participate. Best Regards, David Erickson List Manager, Fridley/Anoka [EMAIL PROTECTED] Twin Cities Metropolitan Issues Forum ------------------------------------- <http://www.e-democracy.org/tcmetro> TCMetro is an e-mail announcement and discussion forum on public issues affecting the Twin Cities Metropolitan area.
