Hi Sharon,

I think you can accomplish the same thing by using one or two variables
in your headers on the master pages and eliminate the markers
altogether. Markers are hard-coded, so it seems they would be harder to
work with than variables alone.

To create the header text that you mentioned, I would use a variable
called <product name> and another one called <type of guide> on the
master pages. Or if all of the manuals will be administrator's guides,
just hard-code in the words "Administrator's Guide" on the master pages.
